2025年6月18日,深圳杉海创新技术有限公司自主研发的新原料「苦参碱咖啡酸盐」(商品名:SHINE+苦咖啡)正式通过国家药监局备案(备案号:国妆原备字20250077),成为全球首款基于超分子技术实现“双活性成分协同增效”的革新性化妆品原料!<\/p>

杉海创新运用专利技术杉海晶®超分子技术,甄选出源自东方传统中药材苦参中的活性成分——苦参碱,将其与来源西方的咖啡酸加入在有机溶剂中进行“智”组装,“中西”合璧,旨在从丰富而多变的植提成分中,精确捕捉并构建出稳定的分子形态。在此反应过程中,两种成分产生离子化改性反应,形成了一种新型的超分子结构,最终成功制备得到SHINE+苦咖啡。<\/p>

它既保留了咖啡酸在抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒方面的核心优势,又能解决其溶解度不足、刺激性等制约因素。相较于单体形态,SHINE+苦咖啡在水溶性方面实现了显著的提升,为咖啡酸溶解性的11.11倍,这一改进促进了其透皮吸收力的增强。<\/p>
<\/p>
经过科学验证表明,SHINE+苦咖啡完全保留了两种成分的主体分子骨架及官能团,换言之,其同时具备着苦参碱、咖啡酸的生物活性和功效作用,协同发挥出良好的抗氧化、抗炎与抗菌效用。鉴于苦参碱本身拥有与咖啡酸相似的抗炎和抗菌特性,超分子结构下进一步增强了这些功效。此外,与两者单体相比,SHINE+苦咖啡还表现出更低的刺激性(安全剂量是苦参碱的 3.9 倍、咖啡酸的 10 倍)、优越的热稳定性,确保了它的安全温和。<\/p>

2月20日,杉海创新创始人、哈工大(深圳)教授张嘉恒在化妆品研发配方论坛带来演讲 “超分子杉海晶™加速新原料开发与备案,强化品牌原料壁垒”,为品牌破卷提出原料应用新方案。在化妆品和药品领域,核心成分已成为品牌的关键壁垒。国际品牌如欧莱雅、雅诗兰黛等凭借独特的核心成分构建了强大的品牌竞争力,而国货品牌也纷纷围绕核心原料布局新原料备案,推动技术创新与产品升级。<\/p>

当前新药分子开发路径分为First in Class(FIC)——结构并具有生物活性的药物,即创新药;Me-too——以现有的药物为先导化合物进行修饰或者改造,得到具有自己知识产权的药物;Me-better——基于新上市的突破性新药,通过对其的分子结构改造或修饰寻找作用机制相同或相似但临床疗效或安全性更佳的新药物实体;Me-copy——仿制药(非专利药)是指与商品名药在剂量、安全性和效力、质量、作用以及适应证上相同的一种仿制品。其中,药物成盐是通过将药物分子与酸或碱结合,形成具有更好溶解性、稳定性和生物利用度的盐类化合物。<\/p>

参考新药分子开发路径,化妆品原料开发路径也可以归类为三种:全新分子、植物提取、衍生物。全新分子具有创新性优势,但研发难度大,周期长;植物提取具有功效多样性,但存在成分复杂稳定性与相容性等问题;衍生物终产物壁垒高,功效通路清晰,但有一定研发门槛。借鉴药物成盐思路,杉海创新将这一思路创新性应用于化妆品原料开发,提出杉海晶™超分子改性技术——将有功效的有机酸和有机碱,主体和客体,通过电荷辅助的氢键作用,加强了离子间相互作用力,形成晶体固体,制备有更丰富功效和应用场景的有机离子盐。<\/p>

\r\n 我们利用量子化学计算和模拟一些分子通过氢键受体给体对接,或是阴阳离子配体对接,进行自组装形成稳定有序的晶体结构。这个过程,可以看作是阴阳两种力量相互作用、相互转化的具体体现,具有动态平衡和有序性。这与中国道家文化中宇宙万物分阴阳,阴阳交感生万物,阴阳相互依存又可以相互转化的哲学思想有着奇妙的相似性。杉海创新因此也将此技术起名为「杉海晶™」(谐音山海经),希望将这项现代科学技术的名字,烙上中国文化的印记。此前,我们发表了相关研究论文在ACS国际期刊上,也引用了「太极图」。\r\n<\/p>\r\n

在解决成分稳定性上的创新应用》的主题演讲。\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\n \r\n 部分活性成分仅用单一一种超分子的结构进行改性,并不能完全解决稳定性、易用性的问题,因此我们的研发团队尝试将不同的超分子技术进行结合,通过将超分子共晶化学和超分子主客体化学进行结合,解决功效成分稳定性的问题。\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\n EGCG属于茶叶中一类多酚类活性物质,是茶多酚中的最强抗氧化成分,但在实际应用上,其容易变色,存在稳定性差、渗透性差、生物利用度低等难点。\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\n 接着,华熙生物个人健康消费品研发总监刘喆博士为我们带来了《标签化活性物如何实现维度拓展》主题演讲。这两三年间,华熙生物与杉海创新有一系列关于开发超分子材料的合作,现已有产品成功上市。演讲中,刘喆博士分享了从品牌方角度如何看待超分子技术的问题。刘喆博士讲到在“后成分党时代”下,很多成分被标签化,如想到华熙生物玻尿酸,人们联想到的就是保湿。但这是一把双刃剑,负面作用在于局限了活性成分维度的拓展——事实上,玻尿酸还具有清除自由基的作用,效果堪比VC;还能够修复受损细胞,增强皮肤屏障,是一个护肤的多面手。然而消费者对其认知还是保湿剂,这就是标签化活性成分的尴尬之处。\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\n 由此,刘博士介绍,如果要拓展活性成分的功效维度与宣称维度,可以通过三种方法论进行拓展:一是物理混合;二是化学改性;三是弱相互作用,即通过超分子、包裹等技术实现空间结构的改变。而第三种方法大概是性价比最高的方法,通过给明星成分贴新标签,实现产品差异化。如华熙生物与杉海创新合作研发的依克多因+透明质酸超分子。通过大量试验验证,证明了依克多因与透明质酸的超分子结构在各环境体系中依旧存在。它具有抗炎舒缓、抑制炎症与加速屏障修护等功效。由此实现对HA贴上新标签——屏障修复细分功效的促进剂。又比如“GABA & LA”超分子抗衰增效体系。GABA(γ-氨基丁酸)可与一系列的有机酸碱形成超分子。优选 GABA & LA为“抗衰增效体系”,以这个体系携带其他抗衰成分实现促渗透 & 由此可见,评判“好与坏”的标准取决于我们站在什么立场,以什么标准出发看问题。回望中国化妆品行业过去的四十年,绝大多数时候我们总是对“体量”情有独钟,崇尚“大就是强,多就是好”的朴素理念。畅销的产品和飙升的增速在很长一段时间里都是观察一家公司影响力的主要维度。这带来的好处是,整个产业形成了一种你追我赶的活跃氛围;但带来的弊端是,这种单一的价值观导向,容易导致急功近利,并深陷“增长焦虑”。从而忽略了企业在追求增长的过程中,对资源和环境的过度索取。<\/p> 例如,有统计数据显示:化妆品行业每年要为地球带来约1200亿件包装,其中95%是一次性塑料包装,只有14%会被回收。ECHA (欧洲 \r\n 2.3 拉曼光谱(Raman spectra)对比<\/span><\/strong>\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\n \r\n 结论:通过拉曼数据的比对可以发现,萱痘清在1700cm-1左右出现了有别于水杨酸、甜菜碱及水杨酸甜菜碱物理混合物的特征信号峰,从而佐证了超分子共晶的产生。 \r\n \r\n
